Recycled aluminum can return to its original state without losing any of its properties, and it is recycled by using only 5% of the energy used in its initial production.

It stands out as a magnificent metal in the sector due to its endless recycling capability. Of course, these aluminum scraps go through certain processes while being separated. Primarily beverage cans, foil trays and aerosols are typically collected from homes or cans mixed with other food and beverage packaging, including steel food cans. Recyclable materials are taken to a local waste transfer station or material recovery facility, where they are sorted.

Because when aluminum scrap is recycled, it is a metal that is reused with 95% savings compared to the energy spent in its initial production, and it is environmentally friendly. Therefore, recycling of aluminum is of great importance for companies, countries and even the world. Aluminum scraps are divided into two as aluminum hard scraps and aluminum soft scraps.

Aluminum is separated from the diper metals using magnets and pure aluminum remains with the separation of other metals. Then the aluminum left in our hands is washed and cleaned. On top of that, aluminum pieces are compressed into bales and sent to melt.

After melting, it gains the pure form in which it was first produced, and this pure, liquid form is poured into ingots again and sent to the factories that need it. Although it goes through the cleaning stages, it is essential to make sure that the aluminum cans are empty, not contaminated or damaged before disposal.
